Our Risk Free Guarantee states that if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your custom built golf clubs, you can RETURN OR EXCHANGE these clubs within 30 days of the date of delivery for a FULL REFUND minus S/H, no questions asked! IF you would like to return or exchange a golf product within 30 days of delivery please call and request an RA # for your return. We recommend to use any method where we can track a package in case of loss during shipping.
